Describe the episodes
Note the time window, approximate duration and recurrence. Add whether you were indoors, had a window open or were on a terrace. That context makes a log easier to understand.
Classifying a sound as barking is not the same as identifying a specific animal or property. Several sources may be audible from one spot.
Prepare a calm conversation
A short list of concrete episodes can explain the issue without a sweeping accusation. Three nights with times are clearer than saying “all the time”.
